These Terms of Service govern your use of SmartAIDevice website at SmartAIDevice.biz ("we", "us", "our") and the services, info products, and personal AI devices offered therein. By placing an order or using our offerings, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

SmartAIDevice provides personalized AI consulting, device integration support, and remote diagnostics ("Services"). Completion timelines and scope are outlined in your order confirmation. If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Sessions canceled without proper notice are non-refundable due to resource allocation.

2. Info Products

SmartAIDevice offers digital guides and video tutorials ("Info Products"). You will receive access to download links immediately after purchase. If you have not accessed or downloaded the content, you may request a refund within seven days of purchase. Once any download link has been used, your purchase is non-refundable due to digital content distribution.

3. Physical Products

SmartAIDevice sells compact personal AI devices ("Products"). Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please inspect your device upon arrival. You may send back an unused device within 30 days for an replacement or refund of the purchase price. The device must be in original condition and packaging. Send-back shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services: All refund requests for canceled or rescheduled sessions will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment source. Rescheduling is allowed if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

4.2 Info Products: Approved refund requests for unused Info Products will be processed within seven business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment source.

4.3 Physical Products: Approved send-back requests for unused Products will be processed within 14 business days of receipt at our facility. Refunds or replacements will be offered to the original payment source.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and materials on SmartAIDevice are owned or licensed by us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SmartAIDevice is not liable for indirect or special damages.
